cooking class

My parents gave our family a very fun gift for Christmas this past year: a private cooking class! I had been looking forward to this for weeks! I love a chance to try our new recipes and Greg loves to show off his sweet cooking skills. 

We spent our Saturday night in Lincoln at Art & Soul cooking butternut squash rosti cakes, chicken puffs and banana flambe with coconut ice cream. YUMMY! Chef Christopher and his assistant led the class and gave us free reins of the stoves and cooking. We drank wine, moscow mules, laughed at one another's creations, sampled all the grub and had a blast. {and no we did not coordinate our outfits intentionally...}
